Carpet Freshener

Most of you know that I love to vacuum. I like to freshen my carpets with scented powder, however store bought carpet fresheners are really pricey and often times Im not a fan of the scents. So I came up with an extremely inexpensive way to make carpet powder that wont hurt your pocket book. It took about 3 minutes to make and you can make seasonal scents for the holidays. I made a pine-scented one to match my MPH room spray. My house smells amazing! Ingredients 1 cup Baking soda 40 drops Essential oil Shaker (I used a mason jar with a shake top) Pour the baking soda
into a bowl. Add the essential oil drops and mix. Spoon the mixture into a shaker or mason jar and you are ready to use. Store as you would normal carpet powders.
